Job Description
One of our client with Manufacturing base required the Account cum Store In-charge for the factory office at Chitwan.
Role Description The Account cum Store In-charge is a full-time, on-site role based in Chitwan (Factory Base Account cum Store In-charge), responsible for supporting daily accounting, administrative, and store management. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate books of accounts, handle inventory management and other administrative . The role involves coordinating with factory team to gather production data, addressing queries on inventory, and ensuring timely completion of accounting and compliance activities. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams to uphold standards of quality work and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in bookkeeping, accounting, and preparation of reports.
- Candidates should possess skills in inventory management, production planning and logistic.
- Candidates should possess skills in inventory and asset management, including reconciliation and record-keeping.
- Candidates should possess skills in project coordination, time management, and task prioritization.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications or CA coursework are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Factory(Chitwan), demonstrate integrity, and maintain confidentiality of client information.
