Job Description
- Develop, maintain, and update the company website and web pages.
- Create responsive and mobile-friendly website designs.
- Improve website speed, performance, security, and user experience.
- Manage website content, images, banners, tour packages, destinations, and travel-related information.
- Integrate inquiry forms, booking systems, payment gateways, APIs, and other required third-party services.
- Implement SEO-friendly website structures and technical SEO practices.
- Monitor website errors, broken links, downtime, and technical issues and resolve them promptly.
- Manage website hosting, domain, SSL, backups, databases, and basic server-related requirements.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to update website content and develop new features.
- Track website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Ensure website security and regularly update CMS, plugins, frameworks, and other components.
- Develop landing pages and promotional pages for travel campaigns.
- Maintain proper backups and documentation of website code and changes.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Knowledge of PHP / Laravel / WordPress or other relevant web development technologies.
- Experience with MySQL or other databases.
- Knowledge of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with WordPress CMS, themes, plugins, and customization.
- Knowledge of website hosting, cPanel, DNS, SSL, and domain management.
- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub and version control.
- Understanding of website security and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and technical SEO.
- Experience integrating APIs, forms, payment gateways, booking systems, or third-party services will be an advantage.
