Role Description

The Content Creator role at Nobigo AI is a full-time, on-site position based in Kathmandu. The Content Creator will develop engaging educational content for language learning and student support, including lesson materials, social media posts, blog articles, and in-app resources. This role involves planning content calendars, collaborating with educators and product teams, and ensuring all content aligns with Nobigo’s vision of simplicity and empowerment. Day-to-day tasks include researching learner needs, creating multimedia content (text, image, and basic video formats), optimizing content for clarity and accessibility, and iterating based on feedback and performance metrics. The Content Creator will also help maintain a consistent brand voice across channels and contribute creative ideas to improve learner experience and engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in content writing and editing, with the ability to produce clear, structured, and learner-friendly materials.
• Experience creating educational or instructional content, ideally related to language learning or student support.
• Basic familiarity with multimedia content creation (e.g., simple graphics, short-form video, or slide-based lessons).
• Ability to research topics independently and translate complex information into accessible content.
• Comfort working on-site in Kathmandu and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Japanese or other languages is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, including managing content calendars and meeting deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Languages, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in education technology, international education, and supporting learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Prior experience in content creation for digital platforms, social media, or online learning environments is advantageous.
