The team is ready to deliver from the day of engagement, minimizing ramp-up time and ensuring immediate impact for clients.Role Description The Interior Architect will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetic interior spaces for client projects, ensuring alignment with brand, budget, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include developing interior layouts, preparing design concepts and drawings, coordinating interior fit-out details, and collaborating with clients, contractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time and to specification. The role involves site visits, measurements, and supervision of implementation to ensure that designs are accurately executed and quality standards are maintained. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu, working closely with cross-functional teams to support client project goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to plan and organize interior spaces effectively, including strong Space Planning skills.
- Proficiency in Interior Design practices, with a focus on materials, finishes, color, lighting, and furnishings.
- Knowledge of Architecture principles to integrate interior concepts with structural and building requirements.
- Experience with Interior Fit-out and Interior Architecture for coordinating detailed implementation and construction drawings.
- Relevant academic background in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and project coordination skills.
- Prior experience in commercial or corporate interior projects in an on-site setting is an advantage.
