This position involves creating and refining visual assets for branding, marketing materials, social media, and other digital and print channels. Day-to-day tasks include developing concepts, designing logos and graphics, preparing layouts, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The Graphic Design Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements, deliver high-quality designs on schedule, and revise work based on feedback. The role also includes preparing files for production, maintaining an organized asset library, and staying current with design trends and tools.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually engaging layouts and assets.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities.
- Proficiency in Image Editing and related tools for retouching, optimizing, and preparing visuals for various formats.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent).
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects in digital and print media.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhaktapur, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Relevant academic background in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is preferred.
