About the Role
AITC International is looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and versatile Education Operations & Student Counseling Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to student counseling, admissions, operations, and business development in a dynamic education environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students through phone calls and follow-up conversations.
- Guide students regarding educational programs, admissions, and enrollment processes.
- Assist with admissions, student coordination, and daily operational activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and follow-ups.
- Conduct basic market, academic, and business research as assigned.
- Support the Education team with administrative and operational tasks.
- Represent AITC Education professionally during online and offline interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve student experience and operational efficiency.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the reporting supervisor.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional phone etiquette.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking in videos or online sessions.
- Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities.
- Good research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office/Google Workspace).
- Comfortable making counseling and sales calls to prospective students.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, counseling, or student support is an advantage but not mandatory.
