Job Description
We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and technically skilled Robotics Instructor to join our team.
Job Overview
As a Robotics Instructor, you will inspire students by bringing technology to life. You will be responsible for guiding students through the fundamentals of electronics, coding, and hardware integration. The ideal candidate is a proactive maker who can independently design creative robotics projects, troubleshoot technical hitches on the fly, and maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate various school sessions and workshops.
Key Responsibilities
  • Instruction & Mentorship: Deliver engaging, hands-on robotics, coding, and electronics lessons to students across different age groups.
  • Project Development: Independently conceptualize, build, and prototype innovative DIY robotics and IoT projects to integrate into the curriculum.
  • Technical Guidance: Teach microcontrollers, sensor integration, and basic circuit design, ensuring complex concepts are broken down into easy-to-understand ideas.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain an organized, safe, and collaborative learning environment during practical lab sessions and workshops.
  • Feedback & Assessment: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and help students troubleshoot their code and hardware connections.
  • Key Qualifications & Skills
  • Core Hardware Knowledge: Strong, hands-on experience working with microcontrollers and development boards, specifically Arduino and ESP8266 / ESP32 architectures.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in C/C++ (for Arduino IDE) and/or MicroPython/Python.
  • Independent Maker Mindset: Proven ability to build hardware projects from scratch (e.g., smart home automation, line-following robots, IoT-based sensor networks, or RC vehicles).
  • Circuitry & Troubleshooting: Solid understanding of basic electronics, circuit schematics, sensors, actuators, and motor drivers.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with a natural ability to connect with and motivate students.
Job Perks & Conditions
  • Timing: Flexible timings (Will involve coordinating with school schedules, afternoon sessions, or weekend workshops).
  • Salary: Competitive & Negotiable (Based entirely on your technical experience, project portfolio, and teaching capability).
  • Growth: Immense opportunities to work with advanced AI and robotics frameworks, curriculum development, and leadership within the company.
