The role involves providing admission-related guidance and support to branch offices in studying in New Zealand, including explaining entry requirements, application processes, and documentation needs. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, assessing eligibility, preparing and reviewing application files, and coordinating with internal consultants and external education partners. The Admission Support Officer will maintain accurate records in relevant systems, follow ups, and ensure timely submission of applications. The role also includes supporting technical and administrative processes, adhering to organizational policies, and contributing to a positive, service-oriented office environment.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive, professional relationships with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to assess student profiles, review documentation, and interpret admission and eligibility criteria accurately.
- Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English; additional local languages are an advantage.
- Technical support and basic IT skills to work with CRM systems, online application portals, and standard office software.
- Previous experience in education counselling, admissions, or student services is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Management, or a related field is desirable.
