Job Description
Maantra Homes is looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Interior Designer to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities:
• Develop functional and visually appealing interior concepts
• Create accurate 2D drawings and realistic 3D visualizations
• Prepare layouts, material selections and presentation designs
• Coordinate with clients, site supervisors and the execution team
• Revise designs based on client requirements and site conditions
Requirements:
• Knowledge of SketchUp and AutoCAD
• Experience with Enscape, V-Ray or D5 Render
• Good understanding of interior materials, lighting and space planning
• Strong attention to detail and visual presentation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Sankhamul, Kathmandu
• Portfolio submission is mandatory
