CG Net is looking for Technical Support Associate responsible for providing first-level technical and service support to customers, ensuring quick resolution of common issues and proper escalation of complex problems.

Qualifications And Skills
•Min. 10+2 completed; preferred with Bachelor degree
•In depth knowledge FTTH Network
•Network Troubleshooting at Customer’s Premises
•Sufficient Knowledge on Network Device
•Computer Troubleshooting
•MS Package
This is a field-based position, requiring daily travel to customer locations and network sites.
Applicants must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
The company will provide applicable two-wheeler travel and fuel allowances as per company policy.
