- Perform fiber splicing, termination, and testing using OTDR and other tools.
- Install and configure routers, ONT/ONU devices, and related network equipment.
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve connectivity issues promptly.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repair of fiber network infrastructure.
- Perform site surveys and support network expansion projects.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service activities.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and operational procedures.

Job Specification
- Minimum qualification: SEE/SLC, Diploma, or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in fiber optic installation, maintenance, or ISP operations (preferred).
- Knowledge of FTTH networks, fiber splicing, termination, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to operate OTDR, optical power meter, fusion splicer, and other fiber testing tools.
- Basic knowledge of networking devices, including routers, switches, and ONT/ONU configuration.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and work in field operations.
