Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu, responsible for driving sales of Kunyo.co’s products and services. This role involves engaging with customers in person and through digital channels, explaining product features, recommending suitable options, and closing sales. The Sales Specialist will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Daily tasks include maintaining product knowledge, tracking sales performance, preparing basic reports, and supporting promotional campaigns. The role also involves collaborating with team members, participating in sales trainings, and providing feedback to improve processes and offerings.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills and the ability to interact clearly and professionally with diverse customers and team members.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close deals effectively.
  • Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to support team development, contribute to sales planning, and help optimize performance.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in retail or e-commerce, familiarity with gaming products and gift cards, basic computer literacy, and proficiency in English and Nepali.
  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with a proactive mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
