Job Summary

Sallyan House is seeking a highly professional and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and operations of the property. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, excellent customer relationship skills, and the ability to ensure smooth property operations while maintaining high service standards. A valid two-wheeler license with a personal vehicle is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the property.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, clients, and visitors.
  • Ensure timely resolution of tenant concerns, complaints, and maintenance requests.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is well-maintained and compliant with company standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
  • Monitor occupancy, lease renewals, and tenant satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of property operations, maintenance, and expenses.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
  • Ensure the property complies with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Visit multiple property sites whenever required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar property management role.
  • Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly professional, responsible, and service-oriented.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
  • A valid two-wheeler driving license with a personal two-wheeler is compulsory.
