Role Description This is a contract, on-site role based in Kathmandu for a Graphic Designer / Travel Content Video Creator / Editor. The role involves designing digital and print materials such as social media graphics, marketing collateral, and promotional visuals for tours and travel packages. The individual will capture and edit travel-related video content, including short clips, reels, and longer-form videos that highlight destinations, experiences, and services. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing team to develop visual concepts, maintaining brand consistency across all materials, preparing assets for campaigns, and optimizing content for various platforms. The role also includes organizing media files, staying current with design and content trends, and contributing creative ideas to enhance traveler engagement.
Qualifications
- Ability to create high-quality visual assets using Graphics and Graphic Design skills.
- Experience with Logo Design and Branding to maintain and develop a cohesive brand identity.
- Strong Typography skills to produce clear, appealing, and readable designs.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Demonstrated experience in video shooting and editing, especially travel or lifestyle content.
- Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing and operations teams on-site in Kathmandu.
- Relevant education or training in graphic design, multimedia, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
