Terra Sol Energy | Dhalkebar Solar Project (20MW)
On-site, Dhalkebar,Madhesh province Nepal
Employment Type: Full-Time
We're hiring an Agriculture Specialist to oversee agricultural activities and build community relationships on our 20MW Dhalkebar Solar Project.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Environmental Science, or related field
- Experience in agricultural project planning, irrigation design, aquaculture, or renewable energy- integrated farming projects.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in agriculturl projects or related work
- Working knowledge of the renewable energy sector (solar/hydro experience a plus)
- Strong community engagement and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, aquaculture, greenhouse operations, farm mechanization, and sustainable agricultural practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to be based full-time at the project site.
- Fluency in Nepali and English
