CoatGenix is a Kathmandu-based creative brand — custom paintings, wedding art, and creative branding for individuals, families, and businesses. We're hiring someone to build our video presence from the ground up.
Role Overview
You will own how Coatgenix shows up online. You'll capture our work at the studio and at events, edit it into reels and short videos, post across our platforms, and keep our look and voice consistent everywhere. You'll get hands-on experience building a creative brand's audience from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit reels and short-form videos
- Appear on camera to present and host content when needed
- Manage daily posting across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn (YouTube to be added later)
- Capture behind-the-scenes and finished-art content at the studio and on location
- Respond to comments and DMs and engage with our community
- Maintain a consistent brand look and tone across all platforms
- Keep a simple content calendar so posting stays regular
- Track what's performing and bring fresh content ideas
- Organize and label content files, footage, and artwork records
Requirements
- Able to shoot and edit a reel start to finish on a phone or basic setup
- Comfortable and confident on camera
- Knows Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook as a creator, not just a viewer
- Strong sense of visuals, timing, and trends
- Organized and able to keep a posting schedule
- Based in Kathmandu and available for studio time and events
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (completed or ongoing)
- Freshers and students are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in content creation, social media, or video editing is a plus
