Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Reel Content Creator role based in Patan. The Reel Content Creator will plan, script, and produce short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Daily tasks include brainstorming concepts with the creative team, shooting and editing video clips, adding music, transitions, and captions, and optimizing content for engagement and brand consistency. The role also involves monitoring trends, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with designers, copywriters, and account managers to align content with campaign goals and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in short-form video creation, including filming, editing, and post-production for social media reels.
- Proficiency with video editing software and mobile editing apps (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools).
- Understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing principles, and content optimization for reach and engagement.
- Ability to generate creative concepts, follow brand guidelines, and tell stories visually in concise, compelling formats.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in content creation, digital media, advertising, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant education in media, communications, filmmaking, design, or a similar discipline is an advantage.
