Job Description

Position: Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for a talented and motivated Technical Business Analyst to join our company. As a crucial member of our development life cycle, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business objectives, development needs, and technical feasibility. You will work closely with designers, developers, testers, product owners, executives, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and maximize project potential.


Job Responsibilities

  • Gather and document client and internal requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for development teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing methods that support decision making and deliver business value.
  • Generate opportunities to streamline or automate processes to transform data more efficiently into visual stories with reliable and tangible insights and recommended next steps 
  • Develop solutions and data visualizations to report on KPIs, support ad hoc analysis, and meet ongoing reporting needs.
  • Champion data accuracy and encourage product adoption by users.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, track priorities, activities, issues, and results, and provide regular progress updates to management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of requirements, changes, and priorities to technical teams.
  • Follow up with clients and development teams to ensure solutions meet expectations and deliver business value.


What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or technical analysis.
  • Experience preparing technical product documentation.
  • Knowledge in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus 
  • Knowledge of Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and writing queries when needed.
  • Strong technical documentation, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
  • Must understand the fundamental concepts of analytics technical environments 
  • Ability to recommend data solutions, roadmaps, and emerging technologies.
  • High integrity, strong work ethic, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Self motivated with a results driven attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
