With over five years of experience and a client-centered approach, the company offers innovative, high-quality solutions tailored to diverse business needs.Role Description The Multimedia Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu, responsible for creating visual and multimedia assets that support software products and digital marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics for web and social media, producing and editing video content, and developing multimedia materials that align with brand guidelines and project objectives. The role involves collaborating with developers, marketers, and content creators to translate concepts into engaging visual experiences, optimizing designs for different platforms and devices, and maintaining consistency across all digital touchpoints. The Multimedia Designer will also assist in brainstorming creative concepts, preparing assets for deployment, and refining designs based on feedback and performance insights.
Qualifications
- Ability to work with multimedia content, including images, animations, and interactive elements.
- Skills in video production, such as shooting, editing, and adding motion graphics or sound.
- Experience in graphics creation and manipulation for digital and print channels.
- Proficiency in graphic design and web design, with an understanding of layout, typography, and responsive design.
- Strong command of industry-standard design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent).
- Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Relevant academic background or professional training in design, multimedia, or a related field; prior experience in a digital agency or tech company is an advantage.
