Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Videographer role based in Kathmandu. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and edit video content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and client projects. Responsibilities include operating cameras and related equipment, setting up lighting, capturing high-quality footage, and collaborating with creative and marketing teams to translate concepts into visual stories. The role also involves organizing and maintaining video assets, adhering to brand guidelines, and meeting project timelines while supporting the agency’s overall content strategy.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in video production, including planning, storyboarding, and post-production workflows.
  • Proficiency in camera operation and use of various camera types for different shooting environments.
  • Ability to manage lighting setups and shoot video effectively in diverse conditions.
  • Experience in shooting video on-site and in studio settings, ensuring steady, well-composed footage.
  • Comfort with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
  • Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms and how video supports campaign goals.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
