Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Videographer role based in Kathmandu. The Videographer will be responsible for planning, shooting, and producing high-quality video content that showcases Nagmani’s products, brand stories, events, and marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include operating cameras and related equipment, setting up lighting and audio, coordinating with marketing and product teams on concepts and scripts, and capturing footage in retail locations, offices, and field environments. The role also involves editing and assembling raw footage into polished videos optimized for web, social media, and promotional use, while maintaining brand guidelines and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in video production, including planning, shooting, and post-production.
  • Proficiency in camera operation and handling different types of camera equipment.
  • Ability to set up and manage lighting and other technical aspects for indoor and outdoor shoots.
  • Experience shooting video in dynamic environments, including product showcases and events.
  • Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and framing.
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams and follow creative briefs.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Relevant academic background in media, film, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in commercial, product, or corporate videography preferred.
