Services include executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media, and delivering comprehensive content creation and management. Gripas Marketing also produces commercial ads, designs and maintains websites, and develops creative assets that support brand visibility and engagement.
Role Description The Video Editor role at Gripas Marketing is a full-time, on-site position based in Kathmandu. The Video Editor will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to edit and assemble video content for social media, commercial ads, and other digital campaigns. Daily tasks include organizing raw footage, trimming and arranging clips, adding transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and applying color correction and grading. The role also involves creating basic motion graphics, integrating branded visual elements, and ensuring all video outputs align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. The Video Editor will collaborate on project concepts, maintain organized project files, and deliver high-quality videos within specified timelines.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
  • Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to enhance visual quality and maintain consistent look and feel across projects.
  • Capability in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, lower thirds, and simple animated elements.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar software).
  • Attention to detail, strong sense of visual storytelling, and ability to follow brand guidelines and creative briefs.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Relevant education or training in film, multimedia, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio showcasing video work is required.
