About the Job

Pama Care International is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce engaging digital content that supports our online presence and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of video editing, visual storytelling, and digital content creation. This role focuses on editing videos for online platforms, designing supporting visual assets, and ensuring content is delivered in a clean, consistent, and engaging format.

You will work closely with our marketing and content team to create high-quality content that aligns with our brand identity and attracts audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
• Design visually appealing cover images and promotional graphics for published video content.
• Add basic transitions, text overlays, subtitles, background music, and simple visual effects where required.
• Maintain a consistent visual style across all published content.
• Organize project files, media assets, and completed content efficiently.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content meets campaign objectives.
• Deliver projects within assigned deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Suggest creative improvements to enhance viewer engagement and content presentation.

Requirements

• Basic experience in video editing.
• Familiarity with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual presentation.
• Ability to create clean and engaging visual assets using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent software.
• Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple editing tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• A portfolio or sample of previous editing work is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for digital and social media platforms.
• +2, Bachelor Pass or Running in IT and Management field
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles.
• Familiarity with current content trends and audience engagement techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
