Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Dealer role based in the Lalitpur District. The Sales Dealer will promote and sell the company’s biogas and green energy solutions to households, communities, institutions, and distributors, focusing on building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include identifying and visiting potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, explaining technical and financial benefits, and supporting customers through the full sales cycle from inquiry to installation. The role will involve coordinating with technical teams, preparing basic sales reports, collecting customer feedback, and providing after-sales support to ensure high satisfaction and referrals. The Sales Dealer will also participate in local outreach activities, market development initiatives, and awareness campaigns related to clean energy and waste-to-energy solutions.
Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to explain technical products in clear, simple language.
  • Basic understanding or willingness to learn about renewable energy, biogas systems, and environmental sustainability.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills in local languages and English, with a professional, service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets with minimal supervision.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in field sales, dealer networks, or FMCG/industrial product sales, especially in rural or semi-urban markets.
  • Preferred: Minimum high school completion; a diploma or degree in business, environmental science, engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Comfort with basic digital tools (phone apps, messaging, simple reporting) and readiness to travel within the Lalitpur District as required.
