Key Responsibilities
- Execution of ASP Operations
- Implement and monitor ASP activities in line with the approved monthly ASP operational plan.
- Coordinate regularly with ASP Managers to ensure alignment on targets, timelines, and operational requirements.
- Address day-to-day operational challenges and ensure smooth functioning of ASPs.
- ASP Manager Coordination
- Conduct discussions and review meetings with ASP Managers to track performance and resolve issues.
- Communicate company guidelines, standards, and expectations clearly to ASP Managers.
- Support ASP Managers in achieving operational and branding objectives.
- Identification and Development of New ASPs
- Identify potential locations for new ASPs based on business needs and market coverage.
- Conduct surveys and discussions with concerned area dealers to shortlist suitable ASP candidates.
- Assist in onboarding new ASPs by ensuring compliance with company policies and infrastructure standards.
- Management of ASP Painting and Infrastructure Standardization
- Ensure ASP painting and branding are executed as per company-approved standards and guidelines.
- Coordinate with ASP owners to plan painting and infrastructure work.
- Manage end-to-end painting operations, including manpower planning and execution.
- Vendor Negotiation and Cost Control
- Negotiate with painters and vendors to obtain genuine and competitive rates.
- Prepare cost estimates and discuss proposed rates with Senior ASP Managers for approval.
- Ensure optimal utilization of budget while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitoring and Execution
- Supervise and monitor painting and branding work to ensure adherence to approved norms and specifications.
- Track progress regularly and ensure tasks are completed within the defined timelines.
- Take corrective actions in case of deviations in quality, cost, or schedule.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare detailed reports on ASP operations, including completed activities and current status.
- Submit regular progress reports highlighting work completed, ongoing tasks, and upcoming activities.
- Maintain proper documentation related to approvals, vendor negotiations, and operational work.
- Bachelor's degree with relevant experience of 1 to 2 years.
