Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Baneshwor for a Social Media Handler | Content Creator | Video Presenter. The role involves managing and updating social media platforms, planning content calendars, and engaging with the online community through posts, comments, and messages. The team member will create original content, including text, images, and short videos, aligned with branding and marketing objectives. Daily tasks include scripting and presenting videos, participating in video shoots, and collaborating with the team on creative concepts and campaigns. The role also requires tracking performance metrics, reporting on engagement, and suggesting improvements to increase reach and audience interaction.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in social media management and community engagement across major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Ability to create compelling digital content, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and short-form video content tailored to various platforms.
  • Confident on-camera presence with clear verbal communication skills and the ability to present and host videos comfortably.
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics, trends, and best practices to optimize content performance and audience growth.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and willingness to coordinate with marketing, design, and management teams.
  • Prior experience in social media, content creation, video presenting, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio or sample work is an advantage.
