Role Description The Content Creator will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing engaging content that highlights Khushi Bazar’s products, stories, and community impact. Daily responsibilities include creating social media posts, short videos, product descriptions, blogs, and visual content that align with the brand’s values and messaging. The role involves collaborating with the marketing and sales teams, interviewing local artisans, capturing on-site photos and videos, and adapting content for different digital platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bharatpur, requiring regular work from the office and field locations to authentically represent Nepali culture and products.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in content creation, including writing, photography, and basic video production, with the ability to tell compelling stories about products and people.
  • Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and familiarity with best practices for audience engagement and growth.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, such as branding, content planning, and analytics, to support promotional campaigns.
  • Proficiency in English and Nepali, with clear, culturally sensitive communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on-site in Gaindakot-2, Silyanyas Chowk, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and interact respectfully with local artisans and suppliers.
  • Creativity, initiative, and willingness to experiment with new content formats; prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or cultural projects is an advantage.
