About the Role

Bagmati Commercial Pvt. Ltd. has been Nepal’s trusted supplier of construction tools, power equipment, and safety gear for over 11 years. We’re hiring an end-to-end Content Creator who owns the full pipeline from idea and script, to shooting and editing, to publishing, paid promotion, and measurable ROI. This is a hands-on, ground-ready role for someone who can turn our products, customers, and team into content that drives real business results.

What You’ll Own (End-to-End)

•   Content strategy & scripting: plan the calendar, develop concepts, and write end-to-end scripts and storyboards for every piece.

•   Shooting & on-ground capture: ready to move to the field to capture real use-cases, job sites, and products in action.

•   Post-production: edit video and photo, color, sound, motion graphics, and final delivery.

•   Product catalogues: design and produce print and digital catalogues for our full product lineup.

•   Testimonials: capture and produce testimonials from clients, products in use, and staff stories.

•   DIY & how-to content: create tutorials and use-case demos showing customers how products work and how to get the most from them.

•   E-commerce shoots professional product image and video shoots optimized for online listings and marketplaces.

•   Social media & promotion publish and run strategic content promotion across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

•   Paid ad campaigns plan, launch, boost, and manage paid campaigns across platforms.

•   Client engagement respond to comments, messages, and build community around the brand.

•   ROI & accountability: track performance, report on results, and stay accountable to the return on every campaign.

•   All-round support: ready to support the organization in every way required as content needs evolve.

What We’re Looking For

•   Proven ability to take content from concept to script to shoot to post-production to publishing independently

•   A creative eye for photography, videography, and product presentation

•   Strong editing skills (Adobe Premiere/Photoshop/Lightroom, CapCut, Canva, or similar)

•   Hands-on experience with paid campaigns, boosting, and reading performance metrics

•   Understanding of e-commerce product imagery and online promotion

•   Strong writing in Nepali and English

•   Willing and ready to travel to sites and move on the ground to capture content

•   Organized, accountable, and comfortable owning results and ROI

•   Bonus: interest in tools, construction, machinery, or industrial products

•   Plus point: ability to use AI tools for content creation, including generating and enhancing video and audio with different AI tools to work faster and produce more
