Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Videographer, Editor, and Photographer who will serve as the creative lead for our visual content team. This role combines hands-on content production with team leadership, requiring an individual who can conceptualize, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality visual content while guiding and managing a team of designers, photographers, videographers, and creative professionals.

The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with technical expertise in photography and videography, proven editing skills, and the ability to mentor and coordinate a creative team to consistently deliver impactful content aligned with the brand's vision and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production & Creative Execution

• Lead the planning, shooting, and editing of high-quality video and photography content for digital, social media, marketing, branding, and commercial purposes.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and production plans.
• Execute professional photo and video shoots, including directing talent, managing lighting, audio, and camera setups.
• Edit videos and photographs to produce engaging, brand-aligned content.
• Ensure all content meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and project objectives.

Creative Team Leadership

• Lead and supervise the creative team, including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, editors, and content creators.
• Assign tasks, manage project workflows, and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
• Provide creative direction, mentorship, and constructive feedback to team members.
• Foster collaboration and encourage creative excellence across the team.
• Review and approve creative deliverables before final publication.

Project & Production Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high production standards.
• Coordinate production schedules, equipment requirements, locations, and resources.
• Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and budget parameters.
• Troubleshoot production and creative challenges efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in videography, photography, and video editing.
• Proven portfolio showcasing high-quality video production, photography, and post-production work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and related creative software.
• Strong understanding of camera systems, lighting techniques, audio recording, and production workflows.
• Experience leading or mentoring creative teams.
