Specification & Core Responsibilities
- Manage technical execution of live classes at assigned location
- Ensure audio/video quality standards
- Support team during live sessions
- Perform any other task(s) as assigned by the supervisor without limiting to the above-mentioned tasks, but which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge of live streaming and recording systems
- Ability to troubleshoot under pressure
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- Attention to detail and quality
- Clear communication during live operations
- Prior experience of 6 months - 1 year is preferred

- Live class platforms (Zoom, OBS, InApp etc.)
- Premiere Pro/Adobe Audition
- Storage systems (Drive / NAS)
- AI tools (Optional)
