The Video Editor will capture, edit, and produce video content that supports caregiver training, marketing campaigns, and institutional communication. Daily responsibilities include assembling raw footage, trimming and sequencing clips, applying video color grading, adding motion graphics and visual elements, and ensuring consistent branding across all video materials. The role involves collaborating with trainers and the marketing team to translate educational content into engaging visual formats, optimizing video for digital platforms, and maintaining organized media libraries. The Video Editor is expected to meet production deadlines, follow quality standards, and contribute creative ideas to improve video storytelling and learner engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for educational and promotional content.
- Ability to perform Video Color Grading and ensure visual consistency and quality.
- Experience creating Motion Graphics and integrating Graphics into video projects.
- Proficiency with industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Basic understanding of audio editing, sound mixing, and adding subtitles or captions.
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling abilities, and the capacity to follow brand guidelines.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Relevant diploma or degree in film, media, visual communication, or a related field; prior experience in educational or corporate video production is an advantage.
