Role Description This is a full-time Video Editor role based in Sundhara, Kathmandu. The Video Editor will plan, edit, and finalize video content for online platforms, including reels videos, social media clips, and promotional content.
Responsibilities include assembling raw footage, selecting and organizing clips, adding motion graphics and titles, and performing color correction to ensure a polished and consistent visual style.
The Video Editor will manage file organization, follow project timelines, and optimize content formats for various digital channels.
Qualifications
- Strong Video Editing and Video Production skills, including handling raw footage, timelines, and audio synchronization.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visuals across different types of content.
- Hands-on experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics for creating titles, lower thirds, infographics, and visual explanations.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop or similar).
- Ability to interpret briefs, follow brand guidelines, and collaborate with non-technical team members.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Prior experience creating content related to business, finance, or education is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
