Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, label, and process patient samples, including home collection services.
- Perform routine laboratory investigations and diagnostic tests.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting of test results.
- Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), biosafety protocols, and quality standards.
- Manage laboratory supplies, reagents, and documentation.
- Update and maintain patient records in the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
Requirements
- Completion of CMLT (Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology).
- Minimum 6 months of laboratory experience.
- Valid driving license and ownership of a vehicle.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to quality patient care.
