Define FMCG category roadmaps, establish strategic priorities, and translate these into executable action plans. Work closely with the Head of Key Accounts & KAMs
Perform gap analyses of current metrics, structures, and processes to develop scalable strategies that bridge underperformance and drive industry expansion
Revamp task-tracking systems across Industry to enhance accountability, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency
Conduct in-depth analyses of assortment strategies, seller performance, pricing models, and product presentation to deliver actionable, consultant-style recommendations for business optimization
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting frameworks to analyze performance trends, derive insights, and prioritize initiatives that maximize business impact
Job Requirements
Completed Masters degree preferably in Business, Engineering, Analytics/Statistics, CA with 3+ years of working experience or bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience
Experience working with Cross functional Teams Problem solving & decision-making skills
Data-driven person who is great at numbers, can relate and comprehend a trend in the industry
Strong fundamentals of MS Office and Reporting
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
