Job Description
We are seeking a highly competent and results-oriented Deputy Business Head - Two Wheelers to support the strategic and operational leadership of the two-wheeler business unit. This position will work in close coordination with the Business Head and senior leadership team to drive business performance, enhance market penetration, strengthen distribution networks, and ensure effective execution of organizational strategies across Nepal. The role carries significant responsibility in business planning, execution oversight, and stakeholder management, and is suited to individuals aspiring to advance into senior executive leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
Support the formulation and execution of business strategy for the two-wheeler segment.
Assist in achieving revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
Oversee execution across Sales, After-Sales, Marketing, and Operations functions.
Contribute to the development and strengthening of national dealer and channel networks.
Liaise with OEM Principals on product planning, pricing, promotions, and business performance.
Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer trends to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with dealers, OEM Principals, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring processes.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification will be preferred.
Strong proficiency in Nepali and English; working knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.
Experience
5–10 years of experience in the automotive industry.
Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or senior supervisory role.
Proven exposure to the two-wheeler segment within Nepal or South Asia.
Demonstrated experience in sales management, channel development, and business operations.
Prior engagement with OEM Principals and distribution networks will be highly regarded.
