Job DescriptionOur client, Sapkota Associates Engineering Consultancy Pvt.Ltd. is hiring Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts for residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
- Create detailed working drawings, construction drawings, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Assist in material selection, furniture selection, and interior styling.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architecture and/or interior design.
- Strong design and space-planning skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar software.
- Ability to prepare detailed drawings and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Experience in hospitality, café, restaurant, office, or commercial projects.
- Knowledge of project costing and BOQ preparation.
- Site supervision experience.
