About the Role
We are a software and marketing company working exclusively with international clients, primarily in the United States. Our services include performance advertising, SEO, local SEO, and growth-focused digital marketing for service-based businesses.
We are looking for a Brand & Graphic Designer who understands that design is more than visuals — it's identity. You'll take full ownership of creative across our client accounts, from building brand systems for clients starting from scratch to producing the Meta ad creatives and social content that put those brands to work.
This is a full-time remote position for someone who can think in brand and execute at volume.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Identity
- Develop and maintain brand identity systems — logo usage, color, typography, and visual guidelines
- Build brand assets from the ground up for clients without an established identity
- Ensure every creative reinforces the client's brand consistently across channels
Client Creative — Full Ownership
- Design Meta ad creatives — static, carousel, and short-form — for paid campaigns
- Produce social media posters, posts, and stickers across multiple client niches (med spa, real estate, home services, legal, cleaning, etc.)
- Create branded marketing assets and adapt to each client's brand and tone
Execution & Workflow
- Take a brief and deliver clean, on-brand work
- Manage multiple client requests at once and deliver on deadline
- Turn revisions around quickly — paid creatives require constant testing and iteration
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on design experience, including brand development / visual identity, not just production design
- A strong portfolio showing real work — brand systems, Meta ad creatives, social content, and brand assets. Generic mockups will not get you shortlisted.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (or equivalent)
- Strong grasp of layout, typography, color, and brand consistency
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and produce at volume independently
- Clean written English for communicating with the team
Tools & Platforms
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (Figma a plus)
Additional Advantages
- Video editing skills (short-form social, ad cuts, reels) — a strong plus
- Experience designing for paid social campaigns
- Experience across US service business niches
- Motion graphics or basic animation
