Role Description

Prepare weekly trading packs for all revenue streams
Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports, including board packs
Perform variance analysis, reconciliations (debtors, deferred income), and journal
postings (revenue, accruals, provisions, commissions)
Lead automation of reporting processes using Excel, Power BI and Al-driven tools
Develop and maintain dashboards for sales and performance monitoring
Support treasury through weekly cash flow forecasting and payment scheduling
Collaborate with admissions, sales, and operations teams to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Assist in annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning
Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis as requested
