Omega Incorporations Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a proactive and results-driven Sales Coordinator to support a UK-based property sourcing business. The role focuses on lead generation, client outreach, CRM management, property research, follow-ups, and sales coordination activities.

This position is ideal for candidates who have experience in lead generation, sales support, business development, CRM management, or client coordination and are confident communicating with international clients.

Working Hours (Important)

2:00 PM – 11:00 PM Nepal Time

1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Nepal Time (During UK Daylight Saving Time)

Important: This role follows UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads from estate agents, property professionals, landlords, investors, and business contacts.
  • Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, telephone, and other approved communication channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and industry contacts.
  • Follow up consistently with leads and maintain engagement throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM systems, databases, and sales pipelines.
  • Track lead status, conversations, follow-ups, and business opportunities.
  • Research UK property opportunities and support property sourcing activities.
  • Analyze basic property information, pricing data, rental demand, and market trends.
  • Prepare reports, lead tracking sheets, and sales activity summaries.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and communications with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage spreadsheets, databases, and administrative records accurately.
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives where required.
  • Use CRM platforms, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Canva, Airtable, Notion, Trello, and other business tools effectively.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle all information professionally.


What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in Lead Generation, Sales Coordination, Business Development, CRM Management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and maintaining sales pipelines.
  • Strong confidence in client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management.

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, BPO is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and online research tools.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Canva, Air table, Notion, and Trello.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Remuneration

NPR 50,000 – NPR 60,000 per month

(Salary negotiable based on experience, skills, communication ability, and overall competence.)
