The Area Sales Manager at Himalayan Distillery will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales activities with a base station in Biratnagar.
Position Snapshot: The incumbent shall lead and coach the team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets, ensure market coverage, and execute commercial plans within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute localized sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Executives to maximize territory coverage and performance.
- Oversee and manage Distribution In-Charge to ensure seamless supply chain execution, optimal stock levels, and efficient market delivery.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to unlock new growth opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and partners.
- Drive outstanding customer service standards to ensure high satisfaction across the territory.
- Industry Experience: Solid background in sales, with a strong preference for the FMCG or Beverage industry.
- Leadership Power: Proven ability to manage teams, build a collaborative culture, and drive results.
