We are a software company specializing in AI-powered business solutions, automation systems, and custom software development. We are currently expanding our client base in both local and international markets and are looking for a highly connected business development professional to help us build strategic partnerships and generate qualified business opportunities.


Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Lead who can leverage an existing professional network to generate high-quality leads, partnerships, and client opportunities.

This is not a cold outreach role. We are looking for someone who already has access to decision-makers and can open doors quickly.

You will act as a bridge between our technical team and real-world business needs—ensuring we build what the market actually wants.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and bring in qualified business opportunities in software development, AI solutions, and automation services
  • Leverage existing network to initiate conversations with decision-makers (C-level, IT heads, operations heads, etc.)
  • Establish strategic partnerships with Industry consultants, Agencies, Enterprises, Technology partners
  • Translate client/business needs into clear requirements for the technical team
  • Help shape product and service offerings based on market demand
  • Coordinate initial client discussions and support deal closure with leadership
  • Build a predictable pipeline of opportunities across Nepal and international markets
  • Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry forums



Must-Have Requirements

  • Proven network in one or more of the following:
  • Enterprise or mid-sized businesses
  • Government/NGO/INGO sector (Nepal advantage)
  • International SME or startup ecosystem
  • IT consulting or outsourcing industry
  • Demonstrated experience in generating business opportunities or partnerships in software, IT services, or consulting
  • Strong understanding of how software projects are sold (not just marketing)
  • Ability to secure real introductions and meetings within short timelines
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand technical offerings at a high level (AI, software systems, cloud, automation)



Nice to Have

  • Experience working with software agencies or product companies
  • Prior role as consultant, founder, enterprise sales, or partnerships manager
  • Exposure to international clients (US, UK, EU, Middle East, Australia)
  • Understanding of AI, SaaS, or enterprise software systems
  • Experience in construction, infrastructure, finance, or healthcare sectors



What We Are NOT Looking For

  • Pure cold callers or lead list spammers
  • People who rely only on LinkedIn messaging without relationships
  • Candidates who cannot demonstrate real access to decision-makers
  • Theoretical marketers without execution history



Compensation Structure

We are open to flexible structures depending on experience:

  • Base salary + commission on closed deals, OR
  • Commission-only initially with higher revenue share, OR
  • Advisory + equity model for highly connected individuals

Performance-based structure is strongly preferred.


Key Success Metrics

  • Number of qualified meetings generated per month
  • Number of active opportunities in pipeline
  • Conversion of meetings into paid projects
  • Strategic partnerships established
  • Revenue generated through personal network
