What You’ll Do: Support Meets Growth

  • Provide expert customer assistance via phone, email, and live chat while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Proactively suggest product bundles and upgrades to increase the Average Order Value (AOV).
  • Convert general inquiries into confirmed sales through relationship-building and expert product knowledge.
  • Maintain high CSAT scores while meeting specific daily and weekly sales conversion targets.

Technical & Experience Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven remote sales and customer support experience, preferably in E-commerce.
  • Internet: A stable, high-speed connection with at least 25 Mbps for both Upload and Download speeds.
  • Hardware: A personal PC or laptop with an Intel i5 processor or higher.
  • Environment: A quiet, professional home office space free from background noise for voice calls.
