Role Description

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Professional to join our growing team in Kathmandu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through vendor acquisition, customer engagement, sales generation, and marketing initiatives.

This role requires frequent interaction with vendors, event businesses, and customers to build strong partnerships and expand TheNimto's presence in the market.


Key Responsibility

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new vendors onto TheNimto platform.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, photographers, caterers, decorators, makeup artists, and other event service providers.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into active customers and vendor partners.
  • Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
  • Conduct presentations, meetings, and partnership discussions with potential vendors.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and business opportunities.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Support social media, promotional activities, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Assist in creating marketing content and promotional materials.
  • Represent TheNimto at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Customer Relationships Management

  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Address customer inquiries and ensure a positive user experience.
  • Collect customer and vendor feedback to improve platform services.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Team Collaboration & Training

  • Work closely with internal teams to achieve company objectives.
  • Assist in training and guiding new team members when required.
  • Share market insights and recommendations for business growth. 


Qualification & Requirements

Required

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer service.
  • Knowledge of local vendors and the event planning industry.
  • Experience with digital marketing and lead generation.
  • Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel for vendor visits within Kathmandu Valley.
