Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Kathmandu. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing quotations and proposals, and achieving sales targets in coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate sales opportunities for elevator and escalator installation and modernization projects.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and client meetings to understand project requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, consultants, contractors, builders, and developers.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proposals as per customer requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to close sales deals effectively.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for business improvement.
- Coordinate internally with technical, installation, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Management.
- Freshers to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Prior sales experience in elevators, escalators, engineering products, or construction-related industries will be an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Basic technical understanding of elevator and escalator systems.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Additional Requirements:
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and site inspections.
