Our client, Air Experts Pvt.Ltd. is Hiring Service Manager. The Service Manager – Air Conditioning Systems is responsible for overseeing all service operations, including installation, maintenance, repairs, customer support, and technical team management. The role ensures efficient service delivery, customer satisfaction, adherence to safety standards, and achievement of service revenue targets through effective coordination of technicians, AMC management, and client relationship development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily service jobs including installation, maintenance, and repairs of Air Conditioning systems.
- Lead, train, and evaluate service engineers and technicians.
- Conduct regular technical training on new Air Conditioning technologies.
- Ensure field teams follow safety procedures and service protocols.
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints professionally.
- Ensure prompt resolution of service-related queries.
- Maintain a strong relationship with key clients, dealers, and installers.
- Drive AMC renewals and new contract acquisitions.
- Track warranty claims, approvals, and part replacements.
- Ensure service records are updated accurately in given systems.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for key components.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on service performance, complaints, technician efficiency, and revenue.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC Engineering.
- 5–7 years of experience in AC/HVAC service operations
- Strong knowledge of split ACs, window ACs, inverter systems, VRF systems, and central cooling.
- Proficiency in service management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
