Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MEP Supervisor role based in Bharatpur, Chitwan. The MEP Supervisor will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works our properties, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Requirements:
- Must have hospitality industry background with 3 - 4 years of experience.
- Experience in hotel/resort engineering operations.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, repairs, and property systems.
- Ability to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance efficiently.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
