Operation Executive is involved in every day operation of My Space Pvt. Ltd. S/he will be responsible to drive sales by addressing potential clients and ensure the timely payment of the existing clients. S/he is also responsible for tracking sales data and creating and delivering ordered goods on time after necessary documentation.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Billing
· Create invoices as per order and enter them in Excel;
· Prepare a daily sheet and report to concerned authority;
· Documentation of invoices as per company’s policies;
Daily Sheet Preparation
· Maintain precision and attention to detail when preparing daily sheets;
· Organize, collect and share all prepared documents systematically, ensuring easy access and secure record-keeping for future reference.
Customer Service
· Initiate contact with prospective clients to sell targeted products and services;
· Demonstrate specialized product knowledge for a specific solution and market;
· Resolve issues as they arise onsite;
Payment Handling
· Develop daily roster for the purpose of market visit if necessary;
· Develop daily sheet to maintain records of the payment collected;
· Coordinate and communicate with accounts team to dispatch invoice and transaction statements of the clients;
Inventory Management
· Set up layout and ensure efficient space utilization;
· Manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies;
· Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations;
· Manage stock control and reconcile with inventory management system;
Reporting Skill
· Track sales data to ensure the company meets sales;
· Create and present sales reports through presentation and reports;
Qualifications
Bachelors complete
Atleast 2 years of experience
