This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer, based in Kathmandu. The Sales Officer will oversee day-to-day sales activities including lead generation, engaging with customers, and maintaining strong relationships to drive business growth. Responsibilities include sales operations, coordinating with channel partners, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Proven skills in Customer Service and the ability to provide exceptional client experience.
- Experience in Lead Generation and building pipelines to drive sales opportunities.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of Sales Operations and ability to manage sales processes efficiently.
- Familiarity with Channel Sales strategies to develop and manage partner relationships.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and meet sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Past experience in sales and understanding of the technology sector is advantageous.
