Job Description
1. Job Summary
- Plan strategic direction/objective in order to boost sales of KT&G Brand in Nepali market.
- Discuss and negotiate regarding strategic plans / sales & distribution / marketing activities/ new products / contract structure and current market issues with KT&G's official distributor and manufacturer in Nepali market, on behalf of KT&G HQ.
- Develop new distribution channel like Wholesale, Modern Trade, Upcountry, etc.
- Develop promotion & slaesforce motivation & visibility activities scheme.
- Monitor KT&G's official distributor's sales & distribution / marketing activities / sales performance and report to KT&G HQ.
- Monitor KT&G's official manufacture's production / royalty payment and report to KT&G HQ.
2. Duties and responsibilities
- Overall Management of Nepali market on behalf of KT&G HQ.
- Collect and analyze the sales & distribution data of KT&G's official distributor.
- Analyze and interpret statistical data to identify significant factors that affect growth of sales.
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on data analysis and knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
- Prepare itineraries and make plans to visit (random visit, joint visit) retail & WS & MT outlets.
- Develop the new distribution channel like Wholesale, Modern Trade, Upcountry, etc.
- Develop promotion & slaesforce motivation & visibility activities scheme.
- Monitor KT&G's official manufacture's production / royalty payment and report to KT&G HQ.
- Objective management
- Set KPIs for partners and conduct and evaluation process for a systemic performance management
- Communicate with partners based on the result of the evaluation process regularly / frequently to reach after ultimate goals.
- Find out feasible and practical objectives that effectively motivate partners to increase the whole quality of sale/service.
- Establish incentive and bonus scheme for partners to improve the company's performance/outcomes.
- Inspect/monitor distributors/importers/wholesale partners and find out improvement points that lead to the growth of business.
- Market sensing & analysis
- Conduct market sensing and competitor activities analysis new product launch, sales & distribution, marketing activities.
- Conduct New market trend analysis
- Contract management for KT&G's Distributor and Manufacturer
- Get basis understanding of the legal knowledge regarding contract in order to accurately lead the contract management process and minimize legal risk.
- Interact frequently with contract parties for discussion on terms and conditions related to scope/depth/cost of service.
- Manage overall process for contract: creation, collaboration, signing, tracking and renewal.
- Other ad-hoc tasks requested by KT&G HQ
3. Qualifications
- Career Requirement
- At least 5 years of experience in the marketing or sales field in Tobacco, or FMCG business - has been worked as a manager level.
- Tobacco business background is preferred.
-Knowledge
- Sales, distribution, marketing, advertising, business environment, redistributor, WS, chain channels, regional specific of tobacco market.
- Thailand laws related to sales & advertising of tobacco products.
- Using office equipment and computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
4. Education
- Bachelor's degree(preferred) or equivalent experience
5. Working conditions
- This position is full time remote job and is supposed to 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
- Work location is home base city and can have business trip if necessary.
- The organization structure may change depending on the growth of the Business, and the position and duties may be raised accordingly.
