This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Nurse, located in Kathmandu. The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, perform assessments, and work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, maintaining medical records, educating patients and families, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in patient care practices, medical assessments, and medication administration
- Capability to coordinate with healthcare teams and maintain clear communication with patients and families
- Strong knowledge of monitoring and maintaining accurate medical records
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment
- Experience with patient education and health promotion
- Current nursing registration/license to practice and completion of an accredited nursing program
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare setting
- Prior experience in a similar setting or multilingual skills is a plus
